Sessions

What are the sessions like?
Sessions are designed with the clients goal in mind. Not everyone trains the same and different people have different goals. We sit down with each individual and talk about the goal(s) they would like to achieve. We then design a fitness program that will help the client reach the goal.

Do you go over nutrition?
Yes, we do go over nutrition needed to reach the goal. As well, we go over resistance training and cardiovascular training with each individual.

Do you do one-on-one training? Groups?
We offer semi-private and private training sessions. Semi-private just means that other people will be working out the same time you are, though you may be doing a completely different workout. The majority of people that train here do semi-private training. Why? It cost less and the workouts are not different than a private session. Semi-private sessions will never be more than 5 at a time.

How long is each session?
Each session is about an hour.
