Joshua Fender is a homegrown Texan from DFW. He played soccer growing up, and in high school he received a scholarship at West Texas A&M. In 2007 he was drafted to play professional soccer, but suffered a broken leg, and saw God had other plans for his life. He began training shortly after, and developed a huge passion for fitness and exercise. Joshua has been personal training for over 17 years. He has trained pre-teens, the elderly, and everything in between. He enjoys working with people from all different walks of life. Joshua has always been involved in sports and fitness, and is passionate about helping others get fit, and seeing them achieve the goals they have set.

Rob was born right here in Fort Worth. He was a multi-sport athlete in high school playing football, basketball, and competing in track and field. Rob received a scholarship to play football at Norfolk State University. After graduating, he spent 20 years as an educator and coach. Rob has coached, trained, and mentored hundreds of young athletes that have competed in multiple sports. Many of which went on to compete at the college level. This includes 20+ Division I and 20+ Division II & III student-athletes. Rob was voted the 2017 Best High School Coach in Keller’s Premier City Magazine.
As a personal trainer, Rob has worked with clients that range in age from teens to the elderly. When it comes to a client’s current level of fitness, he does an excellent job of meeting them where they are and building from there. Rob also takes the time to develop an effective working relationship with each client. He is looking to use his vast knowledge, passion for training, and dedication for helping others; to make a real difference and assist every client with reaching their personal health and fitness goals.
